All of our candles are hand-poured, made in small batches, and created with great care. Because each item is produced individually, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

In the rare case that your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@viomacandles.com with photos, and we will work with you to make it right.
